MANINS & GOULD
This series brings together a remarkable and diverse collection of some of Australia’s outstanding musicians. The nucleus of the group, cellist Imogen Manins and pianist Tony Gould, have chosen these artists for both their unique creativity and their wonderful ability to connect with audiences. Each of them brings a spontaneity and joy to music-making which makes the listening experience invariably enriching for all - way beyond their virtuosic abilities.
As all the players embrace a wide spectrum of art music with great expertise the repertoire will include both composed and improvised works.
