Prompt Corner: Presenting Victoria's Vignerons

Hear the Wine, Taste the Music

We love Victoria’s diverse range of wines that are located almost at our very doorstep, so we jumped at the opportunity to showcase the best of the state’s vignerons and give the Centre’s patrons the opportunity to sample a delicious range of locally-sourced wines.

Beginning in April, the Centre will showcase the wines of ten participating wineries from the Mornington Peninsula at our patrons and business partners events in the lead up to the Association’s Winery Walk at the end of May and its Winter Wine Weekend over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend.

In September, the Wines of the King Valley step into the spotlight. A region famously settled by Italian immigrants, its wines emulate a taste of the old country as does it November La Dolce Vita food, wine and music festival.

We hope this pilot will function as an effective way for smaller Victorian wineries to attract new customers while demonstrating the Centre’s leadership as a flagship Victorian venue.
