Sensuality in the City

Forest Collective

Forest Collective present Sensuality in the City

Sensuality in the City brings together sexuality and sensuality in metropolitan centres through music and visual elements with a focus on queer composers. Soprano Rosemary Ball will thrill you with her cheeky rendition of Recitation No.5 (1977) by George Apherghis while two Australian premieres by Philip Venables will have you on the edge of your seats.

The entire program will be accompanied by visual elements from Jake Preval, a Melbourne based artist working in a variety of mediums spanning sculpture, photography, installation and performance.

This concert is part of Metropolis New Music Festival.

Presented by Melbourne Recital Centre and Forest Collective
