Experience the beguiling sounds of the French Baroque
The music of the royal French court during the 17th and 18th centuries was often inspired by folk song and melodies of the countryside. Horsley & Williams Duo, along with their special guests, reinterpret a selection of this music on their unique combination of instruments.
New works by acclaimed Australian composers Samuel Smith and Samantha Wolf shift the perception of sonority during the performance and complement the beguiling sounds that are ever present in the French Baroque.
