DJ Chelsea Wilson

Chelsea Wilson is a Melbourne based vocalist, songwriter, producer, broadcaster and DJ. For over five years she has produced and presented radio show Jazz Got Soul on PBS 106.7 FM. A budding vinyl collector and dance floor connoisseur she has played at festivals such as Melbourne International Jazz Festival and Melbourne Music Week.

Her debut album I Hope You’ll Be Very Unhappy Without Me was lauded #2 Album of the Year on ABC Radio National and nominated for Best Soul Album at The Age Music Victoria Awards. A graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Chelsea has performed in the United States, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates and France and made her UK debut at Glastonbury Festival 2015.

Currently Chelsea is Artistic Director of Stonnington Jazz Festival and Music Programmer of Brunswick Music Festival. She also curates the Women of Soul series and is on Music Victoria’s Women in Music advisory panel
