Melba Opera Trust - Nights at the Opera

Melba Opera Trust

Melba Opera Trust’s exciting new production Nights at the Opera takes you into the world of singing and drama, both onstage and off.

Sometimes hilarious, sometimes tragic, and always entertaining, these amusing opera anecdotes are recounted by eminent Australian pianist and narrator Stephen McIntyre and highlighted by performances from the exceptional vocal talent of Melba Opera Trust scholars and alumni.

Following McIntyre’s earlier concert production Nellie in Her Own Write, this new work breathes life into the mischief of divas and divos in times gone by while showcasing today’s risings stars.
