Australian Boys Choir

Established in 1939, the internationally acclaimed Australian Boys Choir celebrates 78 years as a choral education leader, encouraging boys to realise their potential as skilled musicians. Australia’s “first and finest” secular boys’ choir not only prides itself on its outstanding music education program, but also on the national and international performance and touring opportunities provided. Working under many international conductors, the Choir has sung with such great orchestras as the Israel Philharmonic and Melbourne Symphony. The boys have appeared frequently on television and radio, worked with Opera Australia, the Australian Ballet and on sound tracks of internationally acclaimed films including Oscar-nominated Elizabeth and The Dish.
