Kennedy Snow is Melbourne drummer and composer Sonja Horbelt
Since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts, Sonja has worked in the Australian jazz, cabaret, comedy and musical theatre scenes. She has performed with the likes of Don Burrows, Michelle Nicolle, Sandy Evans, Andrea Keller and Rhonda Burchmore and has supported international artists such as Ray Charles, B.B King, McCoy Tyner, Ernie Watts, Eric Marienthal and Dave Valentin.
Everything It Could Be is the result of a long-time collaboration between Kennedy Snow and acclaimed soul and jazz vocalist Nina Ferro. This body of songs encompasses textural ballad arrangements featuring string quartet and a broad range of styles from jazz to neo-soul and R&B.
Featuring the legendary Bob Sedergreen on piano, Kellie Santin saxes, Kim May on electric bass and guest vocals by Janine Maunder.
