Luo Yilin

Luo Yilin graduated from the Composition Department of Wuhan Conservatory of Music. Currently the vice president of Hubei Provincial Opera and Dance Drama Theatre and the resident conductor of Hubei Symphony Orchestra.

In 2008, he was named an outstanding expert by the Ministry of Culture. The winning works include: The Three Gorges (composer) won the 12th “Wenhua Music Creation Award”; The dance music work The New Sound of the Plate won the “Stars Prize Award” of the Ministry of Culture; won the “Wenhua New Drama Award’ The dance drama Dream of Helen won the first Hubei Art Festival and the tenth ‘Chutianwenhua” Excellent Drama Award. The Opera Osmanthus Flowers Blooming Everywhere in August won the ‘Outstanding Music Creation Award” at the second opera festival in China. He has created and directed a large number of orchestral, Symphony, dance, Peking Opera and local opera orchestral works.
