In the Green Forest

Details

The Stiletto Sisters have been wooing audiences for the past 12 years with their seductive blend of Hungarian gypsy, tango and love songs from around the world.

Hungarian trained violinist Hope Csutoros, piano accordionist Judy Gunson and double bassist Jo To perform with extraordinary emotional range and intensity with more than a touch of humour.

Travel through the Balkan Peninsula in search of songs about dancing, feasting and forbidden love with the Stiletto Sisters. Deep in the green forest, far in the mountains to the East, as if like a fairy tale a mysterious sound echoes through the smoke filled air. Three beautiful girls stand in a clearing playing exotic and enticing melodies from Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, Greece and Hungary.
