Brown & Breen harness the expressive intensity of two pianos in Natural Landscapes
Embark on an emotional journey that celebrates the power of nature and its influence over music throughout history.
Delight in an extraordinary program featuring works by iconic Australian composer Ross Edwards who celebrates his 75th Birthday in 2018, including his Sea Star Fantasy from 2016. Hear Debussy’s rarely heard jewel for two pianos ‘Lindaraja’ to commemorate the centenary of the composer’s death, Ravel’s charming and well-loved ‘Mothergoose Suite’ and finally Rimsky-Korsakov’s heart-stopping ‘Flight of the Bumblebee’ in a rarely heard transcription for two pianos.
A performance not to be missed!
