Experience ‘American Indie at its most ambitious’ (Pitchfork) when Panda Bear debuts in Elisabeth Murdoch Hall this summer.
Co-founder of eclectic Baltimore band Animal Collective and purveyor of modern indie-rock, Panda Bear (Noah Lennox) has made waves in the music community since his breakout solo release Person Pitch in 2007. Indie and mainstream acts have incorporated his style of reverb-soaked, Beach Boys-esque vocals and fluid drumming, while many indie electronic and chillwave artists have been inspired by his experimental and daring approach to song-writing. He has collaborated with Zomby, Teengirl Fantasy, Daft Punk and many more, and released six acclaimed albums, including his 2018 vinyl-only EP, A Day with the Homies.
Don’t miss this immersive live performance of one of America’s most influential electronic artists in the sonic and visual splendour of Elisabeth Murdoch Hall.
