‘Strange dreamlike visions of experimental pop.’ Pitchfork
Mesmerising art-pop composer Julia Holter brings her distinctive sound to Melbourne, off the back of her ambitious new album Aviary.
Coming from a distinctly avant-garde and academic background as a composer, Holter melds influences from classical music and Baroque to post-rock, ’70s pop and folk, all held together by her electronic harpsichord and delicate vocals.
