More than just an ordinary concert, Quartet & Country is a much loved project of the Australian String Quartet — one that seeks to find common ground between Western art music and the songlines of this country.
A multi-faceted event comprising two concert programs of top Australian composers and a Q&A session, it celebrates new Australian music written and performed by some of the country’s leading voices including Lou Bennett, Stephen Pigram, William Barton and the ASQ.
