We regret to advise If words be made of breath on Thursday 30 April has been cancelled.
Melbourne Recital Centre cares deeply about the health and safety of its audiences, artists and staff. We acknowledge that the suspension of normal operations in response to coronavirus is a difficult but essential action for the health of the Victorian public. We are committed to supporting our staff during this time and difficult circumstances. We thank our community for its support during this challenging time.
All ticket holders are entitled to a full refund via their original point of purchase. We are currently in the process of arranging refunds.

Since winning the prestigious London Musicians Company New Elizabethan Award in 2018, Lotte Betts-Dean and Jesse Flowers have impressed audiences around the U.K. with performances that celebrate voice and guitar repertoire from the two Elizabethan ages, including an acclaimed recital at Wigmore Hall.
With a shared interest in a broad variety of repertoire – encompassing early music, contemporary music, bossa nova, art song and everything in between – Lotte and Jesse present a thrilling and varied concert spanning several centuries of music for voice and guitar.
