The Pasefika Vitoria Choir

The Pasefika Vitoria Choir

Pasefika Vitoria Choir showcases its members Pacific Island identity, serenading the wider community all around Victoria.

The mass choir has delighted audiences for two years running at the Moomba Festival parade, lent its vocals to Mojo Juju, featuring on the songs ‘Cold Condition’ and ‘Native Tongue’, and collaborated with award-winning First Nations choreographer and dancer Amrita Hepi.

This year The Pasefika Vitoria Choir performed at Festival of Voices, sharing Pasefika music with music-lovers in Tasmania. More recently, the choir performed on the closing day of the Tatau: Marks of Polynesia exhibition in Melbourne’s Immigration Museum.

This performance emanates the vibrancy of Pasefika music for all to enjoy.
