Yorta Yorta Winyarr Allara, invigorates the spirit and explores themes of cultural connection to family, country, food, language, ceremony and sovereignty in her music. With story at the root, Yorta Yorta song-women-in-the-making Allara, Madi Colville-Walker and Lillie Walker and mentor, Senior Yorta Yorta Dja Dja Wurrung song woman Dr. Lou Bennett, have compiled a selection of songs that inspire thought and provoke discussion. An evocative show not to be missed.
