Melbourne Recital Centre in arrangement with Supersonic Events
Masterful experimentation meets explosive energy.
About the concert
Australia’s newly formed avant-garde rock trio Springtime combine elements of free-jazz, lyricism, improvisation and experimental noise, bringing together legendary musicians from some of Australia’s most respected bands.
The Drones’ Gareth Liddiard, The Dirty Three’s Jim White and The Necks’ Chris Abrahams make their global debut in an electric performance in Elisabeth Murdoch Hall.
Ground breaking, creative musicians in their own right, the collaboration will amalgamate their explosive energy, dynamic experience and masterful experimentation. A performance of sheer exuberance that will take audiences to the limit. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to see the twisted genius of Springtime.
Melbourne Recital Centre is committed to the safety of our artists, staff and patrons. When we reopen, a range of public health, hygiene and physical distancing measures will be in place. Click here to learn more.
