This role is designed for an experienced analyst who is passionate about data, insights and reporting, fascinated by audience engagement and development in the arts.
The Analyst (Business & Audience Development) promotes a positive culture around the value of data and business intelligence across the organisation and is suited to a results-focused individual who is passionate about business growth, innovation, business intelligence, service excellence, communication and education. Essential to the role are the ability to focus on attention to detail, ability to distil and interpret a range of data, technical capability in database administration and sophisticated communication skills. The Analyst will be able to effectively and proactively work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organisation.
The role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is a key member of the Marketing and Customer Relations Team. The Marketing and Customer Relations team is responsible for print and digital marketing, audience development, customer service, ticketing and front of house, application administration and selected IT activities. Tessitura Software is used across all areas of the organisation and is the central database for Ticketing, Marketing and Philanthropy. Tessitura Software and a range of related applications support data insights and analysis for all business areas within the organisation.
