The Stage Door Attendant role provides exceptional reception, concierge and security focussed customer service for our staff, hirers, artists, contractors and visitors. Stage Door Attendants makes sure everyone is warmly welcomed each time they arrive at the venue and are given professional assistance and advice. This role also has the important behind the scenes responsibility for operating the building security systems, HVAC and public area lighting systems for the Centre.

This role is ideal for a confident customer service professional who has worked in a customer facing administration or performing arts role. An ability to engage with people across all demographics, work alone in a busy environment and great IT skills are a must.
