Visitor Experience Manager (Full Time Variable Time; Ongoing)

Classification; Melbourne Recital Centre Enterprise Agreement Grade 5.1 $95,619 + superannuation

The Visitor Experience Manager will champion and shape visitor experience across the Centre. The Visitor Experience Manager is responsible for the delivery of a consistently superb experience for our visitors, whether purchasing a ticket from the Box Office, attending a concert or event, or buying a drink. This newly created role provides a rare opportunity for a passionate customer service professional to build on Melbourne Recital Centre’s reputation for superb audience experiences and culture of warm, welcoming and excellent customer service.
