Melbourne Recital Centre

Melbourne Recital Centre to close temporarily

Updated 1 October 2021. There will continue to be frequent updates, so please ensure that you are reading the update with the most recent date and time.

In line with the advice of health authorities and Victoria’s ongoing lockdown, the Centre will be closing its doors from 8pm Thursday 5 August until 11.59pm Thursday 4 November inclusive.

All concerts and events during this time will be postponed or cancelled, and all customers will be offered a refund or the opportunity to exchange into a future performance.

Through this closure, Melbourne Recital Centre continues to play its part in helping to slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Victoria and keeping the community safe. Melbourne Recital Centre cares deeply about the health and safety of its audiences, artists and staff. We acknowledge that the suspension of normal operations is a difficult but essential action for the health of the Victorian public.

We can’t wait to welcome music-lovers back to Melbourne Recital Centre when it’s safe to do so.
