Carey Baptist Grammar Biennial Spring Concert.
The music program at Carey boasts ensembles of high quality across wind bands, string ensembles and jazz bands. With many students starting their musical journey at junior school, the standard of individual playing is exceptional, and the senior students in particular are strong musicians who lead the ensembles with great skill.
Featuring choirs, wind bands and string groups, the concert will reflect the enthusiasm of our young musicians in creating great music, and their joy in sharing it with the Carey community. From Grieg to Williams, Piazzola to Mancini, this concert will have something for everyone, and the music department looks forward to welcoming you all to the beautiful Melbourne Recital Center.
