Join the members of Choir 3006 for a Christmas celebration.
Melbourne Recital Centre will be filled with festive cheer, as Choir 3006 invites you to a free concert featuring some home-grown Australian carols, as well as much loved classics. Led by choral conductor Renee Heron, this event will celebrate the joy of music making with our neighbours and friends.
About Choir 3006
Open to anyone who lives, works, plays, or learns in Southbank and the surrounds, Choir 3006 is a Melbourne Recital Centre community initiative promoting the wellbeing benefits of group singing and connection.

Choir 3006 Members
Renee Heron is a dynamic music educator and choral conductor who founded and currently serves as the Artistic Director of The Yarra Voices. Through her leadership, The Yarra Voices has become renowned for its dedication to nurturing young talent and fostering a love of choral music. Renee is also a choral and singing teacher at Camberwell Girls Grammar and regularly lectures at ACU and Monash University.
