Cuban music is a world of rhythm, soul and innovation, shaped by iconic figures like Miguel Matamoros, Ernesto Lecuona, Compay Segundo, and other masters.

Matamoros, the creator of the famed 'Son Cubano,' revolutionized Cuban music with timeless pieces like Lágrimas Negras, blending African and Spanish influences into an irresistible sound. Lecuona, one of the most celebrated composers, fused classical music with Cuban rhythms in masterpieces such as Malagueña and La Comparsa, captivating audiences worldwide. Compay Segundo, a master of the Cuban son, revitalised the genre globally through the Buena Vista Social Club, with classics like Chan Chan.

These legends, with their pioneering works, shaped Cuban music into a universal language of passion, energy, and heart, still resonating today.
