Centenary Concert

Eltham High School Alumni and Friends celebrate with landmark wind ensemble performances.

Celebrating the centennial year of Eltham High School, the Music Department Alumni and Friends return to the stage for an evening honouring the rich history of the school’s wind program. Conducted by Ken Waterworth, Manabu Inou, Sally Davis and Rick Keenan, the concert features performances from the Eltham High School Symphonic Band, Alumni Symphonic Winds and Alumni Symphonic Band.

Audiences will hear landmark works by Percy Grainger, James Barnes, Omar Thomas and more, alongside a featured double bass solo performance from Benjamin Hanlon. Spanning generations of musicians, the program reflects the enduring legacy, community and musical excellence of the department.
