Music by the Springs presents Four Last Songs.
You’re invited to join us for a magical evening of music from the height of German romanticism. Enjoy chamber music and song from composers including Johannes Brahms, Richard Strauss and Erich Wolfgang Korngold including a stunning new arrangement of the timeless Four Last Songs for soprano, violin, horn and piano.
The concert features an all star cast including Australian soprano Kiandra Howarth (Victorian Opera’s La Rondine (2024) and Opera Australia’s The Marriage of Figaro (2025)) in her only Melbourne performance this year, alongside English violinist Elizabeth Layton and Orchestra Victoria principal horn Andrew Young with pianist Stewart Kelly.
