Korowa Anglican Girls’ School is proud to once again present its Gala Concert at the iconic Melbourne Recital Centre. The renowned acoustics of this venue beautifully showcase the many talented and hardworking students, as well as the wide range of musical opportunities available at Korowa.

This year’s theme is ‘Shall We Dance?’

Music and dance share an ancient lineage that stretches back to the earliest civilisations. Archaeological discoveries and cultural artefacts reveal that humans have long used music and movement to express emotion, tell stories, and celebrate communal rituals—traditions that continue today.

Throughout history, both classical and contemporary composers have created music specifically to accompany or describe dance, and Korowa’s musicians have greatly enjoyed selecting some of this wonderful repertoire to share with you.

Ticket Prices

Standard $35 ($25 Concession)
