Mark Lang releases his debut solo album Wild Swan

Rich with melody and storytelling, renowned Australian singer-songwriter Mark Lang (Skipping Girl Vinegar) launches his highly-anticipated solo album Wild Swan.

Wild Swan was written and recorded over a three year period between his Victorian coastal home town and Nashville USA. Mark worked with long-time collaborators and producers Nick Huggins (The Dirty Three) and Brad Jones (Ron Sexsmith). The three friends uncovered a new sonic landscape for Lang’s songwriting to inhabit, delivering a masterful piece of work.

After a sold out show at Hamer Hall with Melbourne Indie Voices and fresh off the back of a North American tour, including the legendary Canadian festival Stanfest, Mark returns home to share Wild Swan in full. 

This concert features a collaboration with acclaimed Japanese visual artist Yukako Manabe and U.S animator Durnis Markov, for an immersive and transportive experience.
