A democratic unit with a clear vision and a refusal to conform to convention, they have consistently made their own rules with a bold sense of creativity and intent. Avoiding easy categorisation, The Bad Plus have won critical acclaim and a legion of fans worldwide through their distinctive sound and thrilling live performances.

In recent years, The Bad Plus have reinvented themselves in a way few could have anticipated, evolving into a boundary defying quartet. Founding members Reid Anderson (bass) and Dave King (drums) are joined by Ben Monder (guitar) and Chris Speed (tenor saxophone), presenting a new incarnation of the band while maintaining its vital and unmistakable identity.
