When All Is Still and Quiet

Students from the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School return for a program of excellence in performance. 

Opening with the title work When All Is Still and Quiet, a world premiere commission by Nat Bartsch, presented alongside two recent works from VCASS Alumna Emily Sheppard, Light Bathing and Maatsuyker Keep.

The program includes selections from Jean-Philippe Rameau's French Baroque opera Les Indes galantes and the entirety of the Beethoven's iconic Symphony No.5, performed by the VCASS Chorus, Orchestras and Improvisors, under the direction of Mark Shiell, Rachael Beesley, Monica Naselow, Dermot Tutty and Ian Whitehurst.
