Beyond the Lake perform as part of the Relaxed Performance series.
Beyond the Lake are a neo-classical ambient duo based in Melbourne, featuring Anita Quayle (Eddie Perfect, Lamine Sonko’s The Knowing Project, Melbourne Amplified Strings) on electric cello and effects, and Nick Delaney (Twelve Tone Diamonds, ToeHider) on electric guitar, bass, looping and effects. Together, they create ethereal, dreamlike soundscapes to soothe the soul.
The Centre’s series of Relaxed Performances are specifically suited for audiences with sensory sensitivities, using altered lighting, more in-depth musical explanations and accompanying access resources.
